The systems is perfect for tanning solution application. High volume (60 cfm at outlet fitting), and low pressure (1 to 2 psi at air cap) means high transfer efficiency. This units electronic speed control allows operator to reduce air pressure and volume down to LVLP levels! At this minimum setting the system's noise levels at 6' drop to 72dB. Its efficiency can reach as high as 90% which results in material savings, and healthier working environment! The high quality turbine motor delivers warm dry air which eliminates oil and humidity related problems. The metal gun is durable and has an insulated handle. Spray pattern control (horizontal, vertical, round, and pattern width) is quickly done right at the air cap.
The filter is easy to remove and clean, and is the only maintenance on the unit. The spray gun only requires periodic flushing and cleaning of the container. (This system is only for use with water based tanning solution).
