HVLP Equipment

Lemmer HVLP sprayers are used for fine finishing where overspray must be kept to a minimum. The finish results are equal to or better than conventional air spray. Applications vary from automotive finishing to commercial multi-color architectural coating. The turbine systems are self contained and do not require an outside air source. All Lemmer HVLP systems use high quality tangential type turbines. This type of turbine keeps motor cooling air and the filtered spraying air completely separate which is very important for keeping the motor cool even when air is shut off or restricted at the gun. Having a separate exhaust port for the motor cooling air also guarantees only clean filtered air will reach the gun. Bleeder type spray gun is defined as continuous air flow regardless of trigger position. Non bleeder HVLP is defined as air flow shut off when trigger is released.

The Turbine cart with mini compressor is the answer to this problem! By connecting a remote pot with charging compressor to your spray gun by a 25 ft hose, your existing Lemmer turbine becomes a portable, powerful and capable high-production unit.

A710 HVLP or A711V Venturi

The A710 models are an ideal replacement gun for HVLP systems or as a second gun for fast changes between colors, materials etc.

The A711V is a non-bleeder design made for connection to normal shop compressed air. Our venturi system draws in ambient air and mixes it with the incoming compressed air. This results in more volume than comparable guns and provides a cool air source that does not affect materials with critical drying times.

A728 HVLP Non Bleeder Gun

The A728 is the newest gun in our HVLP line and features a non-bleeder design, simplified adjustment and a 1 quart container. Advantages of a non-bleeder gun are that they run cooler and quieter, may have less build up on the air cap and stir up less dust in the work area.

The A712 HVLP spray gun comes with insulated Nylon handle and 250 ml suction container. This gun is ideal for touch-ups and other smaller projects where light weight and compact size is important.
